Something that made 21 Jump Street one of the best shows of its time was its unflinching look at the issues facing teenagers and young adults. While it didn't get as deep into the issues as some might have wanted, it got pretty deep in some episodes.

While FX rates this show PG, the show does deal with a lot of mature themes, and there is a fair amount of violence involved. If you want a show to open dialogue up with a teenager or young adult, or even a child, in your home, this might be a great place to start.
