(Note 2) This scene was edited out of the FX version; it occurs right before Hanson walks to the garage from the back of the house.

(Note 3) These occurred "between takes." ID was made by matching clothing and hairstyles.

(4) This scene was edited out of the FX version; it occurs right after Ioki leaves the witness box.

Interesting note: Most of these come from season 2, probably the happiest for cast and crew.
